Resize a photo online — pixels and presets

1080p, square, stories and Open Graph presets set the frame at once. The lock keeps the ratio for manual input.

Scaling 4000×3000 down to 1600×1200 keeps the 4:3 ratio. Typing 1600×1600 does not: the picture stretches unless you lock the ratio or crop. Width and height in the fields are pixels, not centimetres. A 2× upsample does not invent detail; it only makes pixels larger. Downscale before you compress if the goal is a lighter file.
