Rotate photo online — 90°, 180° and any angle

The 90° buttons fix a phone shot. Use the slider if the horizon is only a few degrees off.

Angles other than 90° leave fill in the corners: paint it or turn on auto-crop. PNG keeps transparency.

A 90 degree turn swaps width and height. A 1 degree turn does not: the canvas grows and the corners fill with the background colour you pick. EXIF orientation is a separate tag some viewers honor and some downloads drop, which is why a phone photo can look sideways until you bake the rotation into pixels. Lossless JPEG rotation by 90 degrees is possible only when the size is a multiple of the block size; an arbitrary angle always recompresses. This page is the rotate studio.
